Expertise
Hold the interfaces, not just the schedule.
Steering, scheduling, technical coordination, risks and deployment.
A project is steered from the field, not from a dashboard.
On a technical project, what costs the most is rarely decided inside one discipline. It is decided between them, when a constraint surfaces too late or a responsibility stays vague. We structure how the project runs and we hold those interfaces, from the site audit through to post start-up support.
What we do
From framing to support, including the steps nobody enjoys preparing.
- plan and track how the project runs
- lead the governance and the stakeholders
- hold the risks and open points, and surface them at the right moment
- prepare the switchovers, the cutover and go-live
- get your teams operationally ready to take over the installation
- support stabilisation after start-up, then the ongoing support
Depending on the contract, we either take responsibility for steering or work alongside a project manager on your side. Both are practised, they are not described the same way, and the choice is made before work starts.

In which situations
The need usually appears when nobody owns the middle.
- several parties share the need and the interfaces belong to no one
- a technical decision is waiting on information nobody has asked for
- budget and deadlines must be held on a site in operation
- a switchover must be prepared without interrupting production more than necessary
- teams must be ready on start-up day, not trained the following week
- field teams need someone present more than they need reporting
With what
A method and a posture, held for the whole duration.
- a four-step methodology applied to the real project, not laid over it
- rigorous resource management and agile project steering
- a commitment on budget and deadlines
- transparent communication and responsiveness we stand by
- field presence, because that is where deviations show up first
What it produces
A project that reads clearly, for you and for your teams.
- steps, responsibilities and decisions visible at the right moment
- interfaces held between disciplines rather than discovered at commissioning
- a switchover prepared, rehearsed and documented before it is played
- in a regulated environment, documentation, decision traceability and change control that hold up in an audit
- a budget and deadlines respected, and flagged when they are at risk
- support that does not stop at delivery
On every project, we commit as a partner, not merely as a supplier.
We already have a project manager: can you work in support?
Yes. Depending on the contract, we either take responsibility for steering or work alongside a project manager on your side. In a support role, we can hold the technical interfaces between disciplines, the risks and open points, or the preparation of a switchover and start-up. The role is decided before work starts, so that everyone knows who holds what.
Six areas of expertise
Does your project require connecting several responsibilities?
Present the context, the current phase and the interfaces already identified. An initial discussion will clarify the relevant steering scope.
